Do you suppose she's a wildflower? is a handmade, limited edition, original linocut print.
It was produced in 2020 by the reduction method whereby a block of lino is carved, inked and printed in stages, to allow a picture to be built up of layers of colours. Once the final layer is carved and printed the lino block is no longer useable and no more prints can be made.
It comes from a small edition of 20 prints.
Size of printed area 24 x 30 cm
Signed by me, titled and numbered on the front.
Sold UNFRAMED for you display as you choose.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS ITEM IS HANDMADE AND NOT MASS PRODUCED.
ALL THE PRINTS IN THE EDITION ARE CARVED AND PRINTED AT THE SAME TIME, USING HIGH QUALITY SCHMINCKE INKS AND SOMERSET SATIN PAPER, BUT THESE ARE SUBJECT TO VARIATIONS SUCH AS TEMPERATURE, PRESSURE and APPLICATION. SO ALTHOUGH SUPERFICIALLY IDENTICAL, EACH PRINT WILL EACH HAVE SMALL VARIATIONS, MAKING IT COMPLETELY UNIQUE.
This print will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and secured in a moisture proof cello bag. It will then be protected by two strong pieces of cardboard (I try to use recycled cardboard packaging whenever I can) I use Royal mail special delivery (tracked) service for all my prints.
